Our Founder
OUTFOXM was founded by Maria-Kristina Hayden when she recognized a global need for improved human-centric security. Her cybersecurity background spans Capitol Hill, the US Defense Intelligence Agency, US Air Force (civilian), Booz Allen Hamilton, and most recently, the Bank of New York Mellon. In her latest position Maria-Kristina established and matured a global Cyber Wargaming and Awareness function, building a team of experts along the way.
Maria-Kristina is a sought-after speaker on cybersecurity topics for corporate, non-profit, academic and layperson audiences. She also serves as an advisor for multiple tech startups. Her personal mission is to empower individuals in the fight against cyber crime!
